Application
SR series pressure differential gauges are widely used in petrochemical, metal smelting, power transmission and other industrial sectors. It is mainly used to check the filtering effect of various gas media and observe the pressure difference of filter element of filtering equipment at any time, so as to replace or clean the filter element in time.
Characteristic
The pressure differential gauge is applicable to the measurement of gas micro-pressure difference. It can be installed for the pressure difference measurement by embedded or suspended. It offers high sensitivity and high measurement accuracy without external power supply. It is a field indicating instrument with low range, low cost, and solid structure. The instrument is good structure, small volume, light weight, good stability, long service life and strong adaptability.
Basic working principle
The pressure differential gauge adopts the magnetic suspension movement principle or single diaphragm structure. When the positive and negative pressure effect in the corresponding pressure chamber, the elastic element will have a certain linear displacement to the right due to the positive and negative pressure difference. The displacement is driven by a special mechanism, and be amplified by the movement of the dark pointer, so measured value is indicated on the dial.

Installation precautions
Must pay attention to the installation and selection of positive and negative pressure chambers. The positive pressure chamber is marked with steel seal "+", and the negative pressure chamber is marked with steel seal "-" The positive pressure chamber should be installed to the high pressure end, and the negative pressure chamber to the low pressure end)
The working pressure of the pressure differential gauge shall not exceed the maximum working pressure, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed the maximum working temperature of the differential pressure gauge. Clean the pressure differential gauge together when cleaning the filter element.
